A true all around contributor, Dave Wollin has been an official, coach, administrator and leader. A three time WLF Man of the year, Dave was a founding member of the Wisconsin Lacrosse Officials Association and served 2 terms as the president of the WLF. He is widely recognized as the go-to man for information on Wisconsin Lacrosse and organized the WLF preseason Jamboree. Currently, Dave is on the board of the Wisconsin Lacrosse Officials Association, the WLF and is a high school and D3 NCAA official.

Ken Stark
In 2002, Ken Stark came across a Milwaukee area lacrosse clinic with a small group of players. Offering to help, he increased its numbers and hasn’t stopped. Since there was no one else to play against, he began taking teams to out of state tournaments. One of the early organizers and coaches of youth lacrosse in Wisconsin, Ken served as the first Youth League Commissioner and as the Youth Director for the WLF and Milwaukee Area Youth Lacrosse Association. Today, Ken Stark continues his involvement with lacrosse as he coaches Heritage Christian High School’s lacrosse team and watches his son play collegiate level lacrosse.
Jody Spencer
A champion of the Girls Game, Jody Spencer was a founding member of the first girl’s league in WI, and helped petition the WLF and MALA to recognize the girls side of the sport. Jody coaches all levels from 4th grade to college, served in several Board positions with the WLF and MALA. and was recognized as the WFL person of the year and WLF coach of the year. Jody coached in four state championships , and runs an offseason lacrosse club program Though she spends a lot of time on administration, her love of coaching is the driving force behind her involvement in the sport.
Hal Rosenberg
Over 40 years ago, Hal Rosenberg took over the leadership of the fledging University of Wisconsin lacrosse team as a player coach with the slogan “Lacrosse is not just a city in Wisconsin – Play Lacrosse!” Hal has always been willing to do whatever it takes to spread the game of lacrosse to anyone willing to pick up a stick. Hal hosted countless MALA meetings, learn to play clinics, camps, was a founder and is the commissioner of the Great Lakes Lacrosse League. Starting with 9 teams in 2004 the GLLL has grown to 43 teams in 7 states, including three UW teams and 16 other club teams throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Deb Glenn
After Deb Glenn’s sons and some neighborhood friends started passing around a ball using borrowed crosses from a relative, Deb went on to found the Madison Area Lacrosse Association and the Wisconsin Lacrosse Federation. A true pioneer of Wisconsin Lacrosse, Deb organized the first Bullrush Lacrosse Jamboree and the First State Champion ship games. Deb was also instrumental in founding the Wisconsin Athletic Foundation, and currently serves as its president. Deb is a past President of both the WLF and MALA.
Sid Flanders
Easily the most recognizable boy’s lacrosse official in Wisconsin. Sid Flanders is a founding member of the Wisconsin Lacrosse Officials Association where he has served in various leadership and training roles. Known for his relentless work effort, Sid has spent tireless hours promoting, recruiting, training and retaining officials across Wisconsin. Sid is currently the Sub District Coordinator to US Lacrosse and continues to out officiate even the youngest officials.
Robin Buckley
If you’ve played boy’s lacrosse in Wisconsin in the past 18 years, chances are you have crossed paths with Robin Buckley. Through his tireless passion for lacrosse, Robin has been a true evangelist for our game. A founding member of the WLF and the Milwaukee Area Youth Lacrosse Association, Robin has served as an official, leader, skills trainer and college and high school coach. Recognized with the Youth Excellence Award for growing the game by US Lacrosse, Robin is currently the head coach of the Wauwatosa Boys High School Lacrosse program and takes his select teams to tournaments around the country.
Ken Bice
A key force in organizing some of the earliest Madison lacrosse teams, Ken Bice recruited and scheduled officials for the Madison Area Lacrosse Association, help formalize the Verona Lacrosse Club and organized Madison’s first youth select team. Ken also officiated and mentored new youth officials until 2010. Though now retired from any direct activities, Ken wants everyone to know he continues to honor the game, teams and officials, from his spectator seat and plans to for years to come.
